At Peak Saunas, we believe your investment in wellness should come with lasting peace of mind. That’s why each of our infrared saunas is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, a clear expression of our commitment to quality craftsmanship and long-term support. This warranty ensures that, under normal residential use, key components of your sauna are protected for years to come delivering not just relaxation, but reassurance.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers original purchases made directly through Peak Saunas or an authorized dealer. The warranty begins from the date of delivery and protects against manufacturing defects under standard home use. Heating elements and the cabinetry/wood structure are covered for up to 7 years defined as the expected component life in residential use. Control systems and power supplies are backed for 3 years, while accessories such as chromotherapy lighting, sound systems, and WiFi/app connectivity are covered for 1 year. Every sauna is automatically registered upon order, so there’s no extra paperwork to worry about.

It's important to understand that this warranty is designed for residential indoor use only and is non-transferable. It does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse, acts of nature, or issues related to unauthorized modifications. Labor or diagnostic fees are also not included. However, our promise to you goes beyond the warranty’s expiration. We offer lifetime product support to all original owners even if a component is out of warranty, you can reach out for help with troubleshooting, parts, or general guidance.

Peak Saunas reserves the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or credit. Photographic or video evidence may be requested during the claims process to ensure transparency and fair resolution. While limitations exist, our focus remains on helping you protect your investment and ensuring your sauna continues to be a source of restoration for years to come.
